What you get - The whole thing! The Courthouse
Inn is rented to one group at a time.
Sleeping: The 8 bedrooms sleep 23 and there
is ample room for people to sleep in the courtroom
on couches or on the floor using mats.
Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with pots,
pans, cooking utensils, as well as eating
utensils, plates, bowls & glasses. There
are large bowls for serving dishes. There
are pitchers, a mixer, cutting boards, a colander,
electric griddle for pancakes & french
toast. There's hot pads and dish towels and
dish soap. However, should you have a large
group, it is recommended that you bring paper/plastic.
There is a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer
and an extra chest freezer. There is an oversized
barbeque for briquettes and a regular sized
gas barbeque.
Bathrooms: The 4 - 1/2 bathrooms each have
towels, washcloths, and soap. Large groups
should bring their own towels and toiletries.
Entertainment: The library is stocked with
many books which visitors are welcome to read
while they are there. There are also cards
and games in the library for their personal
use, as well as movies.
Other: There is room for rv's/trailers in
the driveway and/or on the grass. If you need
hook ups, there is a facility one block away.
Tents may be pitched on the lawn as well. A washing machine and dryer is included. All
rooms have ceiling fans. We have a swamp cooler upstairs and downstairs.
